日前，百勁機(jī)械榮獲由正泰集團(tuán)頒發(fā)的“2014年度技術(shù)創(chuàng)新優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)”。本次百勁創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)的獲得是正泰集團(tuán)對(duì)百勁不懈創(chuàng)新的技術(shù)能力、無(wú)可挑剔的客戶服務(wù)和高品質(zhì)產(chǎn)品及解決方案的肯定。

公司總經(jīng)理鄭總出席正泰集團(tuán)2014年度供應(yīng)商大會(huì)，并代表公司領(lǐng)獎(jiǎng)。鄭總表示：“獲得客戶的認(rèn)可是我們極大的榮譽(yù)，這也是百勁多年以來(lái)不斷創(chuàng)新，努力變革的最好體現(xiàn)。百勁一直致力于以客戶需求和社會(huì)變革潮流為創(chuàng)新的出發(fā)點(diǎn)，為客戶提供更優(yōu)質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。”此次百勁創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)的獲得更加堅(jiān)定了百勁的創(chuàng)新步伐。

百勁自成立之初與正泰開(kāi)展合作，多年來(lái)合作范圍不斷擴(kuò)大，如今已涵蓋鈑金，機(jī)加工，焊接結(jié)構(gòu)件等制造工藝，幾乎涉及電氣配套產(chǎn)品制造的所有領(lǐng)域。

公司堅(jiān)持以人為本，重視人才培養(yǎng)，積極鼓勵(lì)員工創(chuàng)新，把組織員工崗位技術(shù)培訓(xùn)作為重點(diǎn)，引導(dǎo)鼓勵(lì)員工深造學(xué)習(xí)，提高公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。

加強(qiáng)崗位技術(shù)培訓(xùn)。通過(guò)崗前教育、在職培訓(xùn)、考察學(xué)習(xí)等形式，在全員范圍內(nèi)組織開(kāi)展業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)培訓(xùn)，并強(qiáng)化專業(yè)技術(shù)人員繼續(xù)教育，使全體專業(yè)人員接受專業(yè)知識(shí)更新，達(dá)到“分層進(jìn)步、整體提高”的目的，不斷提高員工的技能水平。

積極打造人才成長(zhǎng)“流水線”，由行政部門(mén)組織開(kāi)展的2015年培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃，每月至少兩期內(nèi)訓(xùn)課程，由外聘專業(yè)培訓(xùn)講師針對(duì)公司人員開(kāi)發(fā)課件，因材適教。截至目前，全公司共有10多人已經(jīng)接受“TTT”(內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)師)系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)。后期，內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)師將為員工制定更加完善的培訓(xùn)培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃，并有專門(mén)導(dǎo)師進(jìn)行督導(dǎo)。內(nèi)訓(xùn)師培訓(xùn)將成為該公司人才培養(yǎng)不可或缺的形式，在培養(yǎng)全面型專業(yè)人才方面發(fā)揮重要作用。

 1月31日，百勁機(jī)械2015年新春年會(huì)榮耀召開(kāi)，來(lái)自公司各部門(mén)的員工歡聚一堂，在歡聲笑語(yǔ)中酣暢落下帷幕。

新年新起點(diǎn)。2014年百勁機(jī)械交出了一張完美的答卷，但追夢(mèng)的腳步不會(huì)停止。2015年，揚(yáng)帆起航，百勁機(jī)械在鄭總及精英領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)的引領(lǐng)下，必再駛向新航向。

近日，上海百勁機(jī)械傳來(lái)喜訊，公司搬遷了新的辦公地點(diǎn)，規(guī)模進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大，公司發(fā)展將踏上新的臺(tái)階。

隨著公司高速的發(fā)展，原先的辦公地點(diǎn)規(guī)模已逐漸出現(xiàn)各種弊端，無(wú)法滿足辦公和生產(chǎn)的需要。公司決定從原來(lái)舊的廠房搬遷至總面積達(dá)22畝，建筑面積達(dá)16000平方的科技園，在新的辦公地點(diǎn)，相關(guān)的配套硬件，環(huán)境氛圍等都有一個(gè)顯著改善。

新的辦公場(chǎng)所更好地滿足了公司今后的發(fā)展目標(biāo)，提高了公司的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力。在此次搬遷的過(guò)程中，為配合未來(lái)計(jì)劃的實(shí)施，公司同時(shí)還將招聘大量相關(guān)技術(shù)員工，增添更先進(jìn)的加工設(shè)備，提升公司的影響力。 

 為了豐富員工的文化生活，進(jìn)一步增進(jìn)團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，促進(jìn)各部門(mén)間的相互了解，提高公司的凝聚力和向心力，體現(xiàn)公司的人文氣息，11月15、16兩日，我司組織全體員工赴浙江安吉旅游。游覽觀賞安吉自然與人文景觀，大家開(kāi)開(kāi)心心地度過(guò)了2天特別難忘而有意義的休閑旅游活動(dòng)。

  根據(jù)行程安排，大家先后游覽了大竹海、藏龍百瀑等風(fēng)景區(qū)，親領(lǐng)略了當(dāng)?shù)氐娘L(fēng)土人情，充分感受了舒適的旅游休閑生活。

通過(guò)此次浙江之旅，大家不僅感受了安吉美不勝收的自然風(fēng)光、享受了旅游的喜悅與輕松，同時(shí)也感受到公司的溫暖和關(guān)懷。

隨著公司規(guī)模的不斷發(fā)展壯大，企業(yè)文化的厚重凝練，管理模式的逐步規(guī)范和完善，使公司人性化的管理得到了充分的體現(xiàn)；這次旅游是以增進(jìn)公司整個(gè)團(tuán)體之間的凝聚力和友誼為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，讓大家陶冶心情，放飛思想，磨練意志和欣賞祖國(guó)壯美山川為目的的一次互動(dòng)活動(dòng)。此次旅游活動(dòng)不僅緩解了員工們平時(shí)的工作壓力和緊張情緒，而且陶冶了情操，提高了自身的修養(yǎng)，進(jìn)而增強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力，充分展現(xiàn)了我公司的企業(yè)文化，大家將以更高的熱情投入到以后的工作中。

On the morning of November 17, 2013, the fifteenth survey of “Two Innovation” Youth League at Songjiang District ——“Two Innovation” organized the Teenager Carnival activity at the Community culture activity center square of Xiao Kunshan Town, which was sponsored by Youth League District Committee and undertook by Xiao Kunshan Youth League Committee. Our company proudly gained the honorable attention in the “Two Innovation” and the organization of “Teenagers go to show your figure” during the activity. At the initiation ceremony, Baijin, Sigma and Feidiao and other six private companies were awarded the prize certification.

After the ceremony, all grades leaders visited the company exhibition with great interests and listened to the related introduction. In recent days, Euramerican buyers’ purchase travel in Europe aroused much attention, it was held by MFG.com, the biggest world-wide development platform of manufacture. A dozen of Euramerican buyers flied to China to select their cooperators.

In November 13, led by vice sales manager Ye Yangcun, our company’s general manager assistant and project engineer of technical department Liu Donghai went to Jiangsu Province to attend this purchaser’s meeting. In the meeting, our company conducted detail conversation with several satisfying purchasers, and made a multi-dimension self-evaluation from our production capacity, technology, equipment and technological level, and even the raw material test, production plan of parts, quality tracking, management procedure of non-confirming material, maintaining institution of equipment, production management of workshop and so on. Thus, Euramerican buyers were all clear to our company’s aptitude and the efficiency of communication and purchase was improved. Therefore, this behavior won good reputation from all the clients. Several companies were deeply interested in our company and even showed their intention to cooperate.

On October 24, Chinese audit team of Alstom arrived at our company to conduct the site audit. During the audit, the team listened to the company’s report, checked the material of quality control handbook, and inspected the quality control on the spot. Then the team checked the practice situation of the company’s system documents. Through two days’ serous check, the team believed that our company put into effect to practice the work of quality control seriously, and handled it normatively. Due to our company’s good performance, the result of the site audit is qualified, and our company became one qualified Chinese supplier of Alsom.

From the year of 2010, Baijin Machinery has always paying attention to quality control and system construction. In the next year, the company obtained the certificate of ISO9001quality management system. After the certificate, our general manager instructed that our company would spare no effort to practice the quality control well. Since our leader’s high value on the quality control, the company’s perfect institution, rigorous policy, and normal operation of every link, our company has been recognized by several world-wide companies, such as Sigma, Weitu, Sulzter, Nachi etc. one after another in recent years.
